Understand what data is removed and easily request your account deletion below.

What data is deleted

When you trigger an account deletion request, the following is permanently removed from our secure servers:

  • Login Info: Your Google or Apple login credentials linked to the game.
  • User Profile: Your player name, character preferences, and theme selections.
  • Match History & Progress: High scores, game records, prestige levels, coin totals, wins, and losses.

Data Retention Policy

We keep your data only as long as necessary, enforcing these automated timelines:

  • Permanent Accounts: Accounts linked to Google/Apple credentials deleted via app settings are fully purged from all backups within 48 hours.
  • Anonymous/Guest Accounts: Local progress profiles are automatically wiped from our server database after 30 days of inactivity.

In-App Deletion Instructions

You can request account deletion directly within the app. Follow the steps below to permanently delete your account and all associated progress.

    Open Profile Screen
    Launch Blink Out on your mobile device and tap your profile avatar/name on the home screen lobby.

    Go to Profile Settings
    Tap the settings gear icon located in the top-right corner of your profile screen.

    Tap "Delete Account" & Confirm
    Locate the dedicated red button marked "Delete Account" in the settings panel and confirm the alert popup.
