1 Acceptance of Terms

By using the Blink Out application (the "Game") or our web portal companion, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian to play the Game.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you must immediately cease all access and play of the Game.

2 Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our data handling practices, including our strict policy on zero raw camera image storage and local ML processing, are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

3 Accounts and Cloud Sync

To persist progress and access leaderboards, players may log in via social credentials (Google or Apple sign-in). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login tokens.

• Anonymous Profiles: You may choose to play anonymously as a Guest. Guest account progress is cached locally and synchronized with server caches but will be lost if you clear your device data or uninstall the Game.
• Data Retention: Active accounts will retain scores. Inactive guest profiles are automatically deleted after 30 days of inactivity to prevent database overhead.
• Deletion Request: You can permanently wipe your account at any time. Refer to the Account Deletion Instructions.

4 Game Rules & Virtual Items

Blink Out is a skill-based staring contest game. All in-game coins, high scores, achievements, and ranks have no real-world monetary value.

• No Ownership: Your in-game progress and coins are for entertainment only. Qlypto reserves the right to manage or update in-game scores and balance.
• Cheating & Exploits: Cheating, using automated programs, or trying to hack the scoreboard is strictly forbidden and will result in a permanent ban.

5 Intellectual Property

All game graphics, designs, sounds, and software code are the exclusive property of Qlypto. You are granted a simple personal license to download and play the game for fun.

6 Disclaimers & Limitations

THE GAME IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. QLYPTO MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE GAME'S UP-TIME, SERVER RELIABILITY, OR ERROR-FREE STATUS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL QLYPTO BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PLAY OF THE GAME.
